3GGDoors is a great company!  I called them after another garage door "service" had me scheduled and then didn't show at the appointed time, and then cancelled.  I called 3GG and they were at my house the next morning, completed the work at a very fair price and were done in less than 2 hours.  Just excellent service at an excellent price. I highly recommend Sean at Third Gen Garage Doors. When I reached out to him, he responded quickly and scheduled a visit in the next day or two. When another job ran late, he let me know so I wasn't waiting for no reason. Luckily he fixed my garage door quickly and did not charge me for his time. We had an issue with our garage door randomly opening in Dory Lakes near Black Hawk at a short term rental we manage there.  Sean was super informative over the phone and able to get out to see it in person within a day of us calling.  He was flexible with us since no one is typically onsite when guests aren't there, diagnosed the issue, and figured out the most cost effective way for us to resolve it. I'm extremely happy with Sean over at Third Gen Garage Doors.  Not only does it look amazing but these new doors are very quiet and smooth operating.  It also makes the curb apeal look much more modern.  I feel like I have the Tesla of Garage Doors.  From order to install it only took 1 month.  The install was a day and a half.  Everything was cleaned up and he even showed us how to connect with the app via wireless.  The caulk and trim work around the openings was done well.  I'm a very happy customer and I highly recommend Sean and his company for anyone who has Garage door needs.  I wish all home improvement projects we've done over the years went as smooth as this project. Several years ago Third Gen Garage Door company came to the rescue. They totally fixed a disaster from another garage door company’s mess-up. They completely and expediently fixed 5 garage doors that are, today still operating as new. Since then, I have recommended Third Gen to family and friends. They have performed installs and repairs flawlessly at many residential and commercial locations, always with great satisfaction. At this point, they are the only Garage door company we will use. While others have forgotten what customer service is, Sean, especially, lives by the Customer Service ethics I grew up with. Sean always answers the phone, is knowledgeable, performs the work expediently, professionally and at very reasonable rates.
